Dr. David Stager, Jr. is a highly respected ophthalmologist with over three decades of experience in the field. Dr. Stager’s journey began in Dallas, where he attended St. Mark’s School of Texas before graduating Phi Beta Kappa and Cum Laude from Southern Methodist University.

 

Driven by his passion for learning and patient care, Dr. Stager pursued further education and training. He studied European history in Oxford, Spain, and Paris, gaining a well-rounded perspective that complements his medical expertise. He obtained his medical degree and completed his residency in Ophthalmology at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas.

 

Dr. Stager’s commitment to pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus led him to undertake a fellowship at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. under the guidance of Dr. Marshall M.
